Welcome to“The Global Consultant.” I am endeavoring to share wisdom from proven experiences of work and life by approaching multiple facets of business through consulting opportunities for the individual, organization, teams, and special projects.

My experience resides in both the non-profit and for-profit world. On the for-profit side, as general manager of a regional service center, I had the privilege to experience the growth, challenges, and changes of a new company that became the fastest growing crop insurance company in the history of the US Federal Crop Insurance Program at that time. It went from a valuation of nearly $50 million to over $240 million in a year and a half.

In the non-profit world, I have served as lead pastor in multiple churches and recently pastored a congregation that experienced over a 500% growth in four and a half years in attendance and finances. I know what it takes to go to the next level in leadership, business, and systems. With such a broad experience-base, it is no wonder why I can and want to assist you in your leadership strategies and successful change initiatives.
